Q What areas do you serve?

A TubWell proudly serves Bucks County, Pennsylvania,. We’re intentionally local — it’s how we keep quality high and response times fast. TubWell typically works on a 5-day schedule so we are close by most days if you should have an urgent need.

Q What is a “deep detail” and what’s included?

A A TubWell Deep Detail includes:

  • Full plumbing purge to remove built‑up oils, biofilm, and residue

  • Thorough cleaning of the shell, headrests, filter housing, filter, cover and cabinet

  • A Filter deep cleaning will soak for 24 hours so good to have a backup or replacement (if provided by the homeowner)

  • Cleaning and conditioning of the cabinet and cover as appropriate for the Material of construction.

  • Water refresh and balancing

  • A final inspection to ensure everything is clean, safe, and ready for use.

It’s the difference between “looks clean” and is clean.

Q Why is a plumbing purge important?

A Over time, hot tub plumbing and the filter collects oils, lotions, heavy metals, and organic residue that normal draining can’t remove. TubWell uses professional‑grade methods to break down and flush out that buildup, improving jet flow, water clarity, reducing odors, foaming, and extending the life of your tub while improving the quality of your soak.

Q How often should I have my hot tub professionally detailed?

A Most homeowners manage check pH and halogens weekly, and benefit from a line purge (every 3 months). For heavy use as much as 5 purges annually isn’t uncommon for rentals or as needed with large and busy family s, or real estate showings light debris removal or single cleanings as needed, more frequent service keeps the tub looking and performing its best. A UV protectant applied to certain covers will help protect the pliability of your cover from the damaging effects of the sun.

Q Do you replace hot tub covers?

A Yes. TubWell specializes in insulated cover replacement, including:

  • Annual Thermal Image reference of your covered hot tub.

  • Measuring for a perfect fit

  • Ordering high‑quality, long‑lasting covers

  • Delivery direct or to TubWell and installation

  • Removal of the old cover

A new cover dramatically improves energy efficiency.

Q Do I need to be home during service?

A Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the hot tubs power, electric for the technician and water for rinsing and filing. We can complete most services while you’re away. Many homeowners prefer this convenience. We can also manage your tub if you are a subscription member weekly should you need to be away for an extended period of time, family emergency, work or vacation travel.

Q How long does a TubWell detail take?

A A full detail typically takes 2-3 hours, other factors that can extend the time and cost are tub size over standard 6-7 persons, weather and other conditions, removal of visible scaling, water fill rate. All of these questions will be addressed during the initial consult and filling of the on boarding form before we come out to clean your hot tub.

Q Do you work with realtors and home sellers?

A Absolutely. TubWell is a trusted partner for pre‑listing cleanups, buyer walk‑throughs, and closing‑day readiness. A clean, healthy hot tub adds value and confidence to a sale.

Q Do you offer maintenance plans?

A Yes. Seasonal and annual plans are available for homeowners who want hands‑off, worry‑free triannual cleaning care or as needed. We rejuvenate your hot tub by cleaning the cover, filter, purging the lines, cleaning the headrests, shell, cabinet, refill,  balance and set to desired temperature.We recognize that hot tubs vary and certain parts like washers on jet ports, salt cells and covers ware at a consistent rate. We can help reduce costly damage to your hot tub.

Q What products do you use?

A TubWell uses elbow grease, spa‑grade, industry‑trusted materials selected for safety, longevity, and performance. We avoid harsh chemicals that damage shells, plumbing, or covers.

Q How do I schedule a service?

A You can email service@tubwellbucks.com, call 267-227-0010, or text. We keep the process simple — clear communication, reliable arrival windows, and no surprises.

Q Do you offer gift cards?

A Sort of… We offer seasonal gift certificates. TubWell services hot tubs from Mid-March to Mid-December. TubWellBucks is exclusive to Bucks County, PA so long as your hot tub remains in Bucks County, PA we will honor your current annual gift certificate. We create a file for your hot tub, recording the serial number for suggested maintenance tracking of cleaning relevant items like the cover/insulated lid, filter, new jet seals and standard maintenance.  We create and may provide an electronic report available so you can track the conditions of your hot tub every year. TubWell makes a great closing gift for a new/used hot tub homeowner, housewarming gift, parents, neighbors or friends or for seasonal surprise. For subscribers we come out in the Spring, Summer and Fall. For premium subscribers we offer emergency service at no extra charge for cleaning and light maintenance. You can utilize a credit/gift certificate for a la carte or an annual subscription services.
